Terms of service

These terms describe how you may use LightServe services. By accessing the services you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Services and availability

We work hard to keep services available and publish uptime commitments for each plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.

3. Payment

Fees are shown on the pricing page and billed in advance, monthly or annually. You may cancel at the end of any billing period.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in the content you host. You give us only the permission needed to store and deliver it on your behalf.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the services: account details, billing information and technical data such as server logs.

• We never sell personal information.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@lightserve.org.
• We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law.

Acceptable use

Please use LightServe responsibly. The following are not permitted:

• Illegal activity, including infringing the intellectual property rights of others or distributing pirated material.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or hosting phishing and malware.
• Attacking or probing systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Activity that degrades the service for other customers.

Cookie notice

This website does not set tracking cookies. Where you choose a preference, such as a theme, it is stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
